Ingredients
| 600 g | sliced chicken breast |
| 200 mL | Sterilgarda Cooking Cream |
| 2 tablespoon | mustard (mild or classic, to taste) |
| 1 tablespoon | extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 | knob of butter |
| to taste | salt |
| to taste | black pepper |
Preparation
- Heat the extra virgin olive oil and butter in a large frying pan.
- Add the chicken breast slices and brown them over medium heat for a few minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Lightly season the chicken with salt and pepper during cooking.
- In a small bowl, mix the Sterilgarda cooking cream with the mustard until you obtain a smooth sauce.
- Pour the sauce into the pan with the chicken, lower the heat and cook for about 10 minutes, turning the meat gently.
- The sauce should thicken slightly and coat the chicken evenly.
- Turn off the heat and serve the chicken piping hot, accompanied by its cooking juices.
