| 1 | avocado |
| 200 mL | Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk |
| 50 g | honey |
| 125 g | white yogurt |

Preparation
- Open the avocado and remove the stone.
- Extract the avocado pulp with a spoon and put the pieces in the blender together with the almonds.
- Next, add the glass of Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk, the Sterilgarda whole plain yogurt and the ice and blend for about 2 minutes.
- Pour the mix into a glass.
- Finally, add the honey.
