Ingredients
| 100 mL | prosecco |
| qualche | slice of apple |
| mezzo bicchiere | 100% Apple juice Sterilgarda |
| q.b. | ground cinnamon |
| 1 | cinnamon stick |
Preparation
- Add the cinnamon stick, a pinch of cinnamon powder and a slice of apple to the half glass of 100% Sterilgarda Apple Juice.
- Leave to flavour, covered, for half an hour
- Remove the cinnamon stick and apple slice from the Sterilgarda 100% Apple Juice. If any cinnamon sticks remain, strain them through a sieve.
- Add the 100% Prosecco Sterilgarda Apple Juice
- Pour everything into two glasses
