Ingredients
| 400 g | potato gnocchi |
| 120 g | mascarpone Sterilgarda |
| 1 | shallot |
| q.b. | grated parmesan cheese |
| q.b. | nuts |
| a knob of butter | |
| q.b. | salt and pepper |
Preparation
- After cleaning it, finely chop a shallot.
- Shell and chop the walnuts.
- Melt the butter in a pan, then add the shallot and sauté for a few minutes.
- In the saucepan, add the Sterilgarda Mascarpone and let it melt until it reaches a creamy consistency.
- Take a pot and fill it with water, bring it to a boil and cook the gnocchi.
- Remove the gnocchi from the heat as soon as they start to rise to the surface.
- After draining, add the gnocchi to the pan with the Sterilgarda Mascarpone and add a ladle of cooking water, the Parmesan cheese, and the walnuts.
- Serve with a sprinkling of pepper.
