| 175 g | strakì Sterilgarda |

Preparation
- To prepare the crostini with shrimp and Strakì Sterilgarda, start by shelling the shrimp, removing the internal black thread and rinsing them under cold water.
- Dry them well and cook them in a very hot pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil for one to two minutes at most. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toast the bread in a pan for a few seconds, then generously spread the Strakì Sterilgarda.
- Decorate each crostini with shrimp and sesame seeds.
