| 4 | slices of homemade bread |

| 200 g | ricotta Sterilgarda |
| 8 | ripe figs |

Preparation
- Cut the bread into 4 slices and grill them on both sides so that they are crispy.
- Take a bowl and mix the Ricotta Sterilgarda together, adding salt and pepper.
- Wash the figs and dry them thoroughly with paper towels.
- Cut the figs into slices, removing the two ends.
- Arrange the Sterilgarda Ricotta cream and figs on top of the croutons.
- Garnish with desired amount of honey.
