Peach ice cream

Ingredients
500 g Yellow peaches
130 g sugar
70 g Sterilgarda whole milk
120 g Sterilgarda whipping cream
1 yellow peach to decorate
Preparation
  1. Wash and peel the yellow-fleshed peaches, cut them in half, remove the stone and cut them first into wedges, then into cubes.
  2. Transfer the pulp to a tall container or the glass of an immersion blender. Add the sugar, Sterilgarda Whipping Cream and Sterilgarda Whole Milk. Blend until the mixture is creamy and lump-free (if necessary, filter with a fine mesh strainer).
  3. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker, close with the lid and operate for about 30 minutes, until you obtain a firm and creamy consistency. Alternatively, pour the mixture into a bowl and place it in the freezer, stirring every 30 minutes until you reach the right consistency.
  4. Transfer the ice cream to a large, low container, cover with cling film and store in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Remove the ice cream 10 minutes before serving and arrange it in the cups, decorating with slices of fresh peach.
