| 600 mL | 100% Sterilgarda pineapple juice |
| 120 mL | coconut milk |
| 120 mL | rum bianco |
| 0.5 | pineapple |
| q.b. | ice |
Preparation
- Cut the pineapple into small wedges.
- Pour the Sterilgarda pineapple juice, coconut milk and white rum into a blender.
- Blend for 15/20 seconds.
- Add about ten ice cubes and blend for another 20 seconds or until the ice is crushed; the cocktail should be frothy.
- Pour into glasses, add a straw and decorate with a pineapple wedge.
