Preparation
- Boil the cod fillet in a pan with a little water for 20 minutes.
- Once ready, remove it from the pan and let it cool.
- Remove the fishbone and any thorns.
- Take a baking dish and add the cod cut into pieces, add salt and pepper.
- Combine corn, zucchini and parsley.
- Garnish with Sterilgarda Light Cooking Cream.
