| 180 g | flour |
| 190 mL | Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk |
| 80 g | melted butter |
| 60 g | sugar |

| 1 sachets | vanillin |

Preparation
- Separare i tuorli dagli albumi e montare quest’ultimi a neve ben ferma insieme a metà dello zucchero.
- Then beat the egg yolks together with the remaining sugar, the vanilla and a pinch of salt.
- Add the Sterilgarda whole milk and the melted butter and mix.
- Finally, incorporate the flour and yeast until the mixture is soft and free of lumps.
- Add the egg whites a little at a time and mix them into the mixture with a spatula, stirring from the bottom up.
- Grease both sides of the waffle iron with sunflower oil and turn on the iron.
- Once very hot, add, depending on the size of the plate, 2-3 ladles of mixture, taking care to leave at least 2mm of space from the edge.
- Close the grill and cook for 2 minutes on both sides.
- Once cooked, remove the waffles from the griddle and decorate with honey and raspberries.
