| 15 g | grated parmesan cheese |
| q.b | coarse salt |
| q.b | Partly Skimmed Milk UHT Microfiltered Sterilgarda |

Preparation
- Clean the vegetables: cut the courgettes and carrots into slices, and the onion into small pieces.
- Boil the vegetables separately in plenty of salted water, then drain them on a tea towel.
- In a bowl, add the boiled vegetables, the Sterilgarda Béchamel, the egg yolk and the Parmesan cheese, mixing well.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
- Place the prepared filling in the center, remembering to leave 2cm free on each side.
- Close the puff pastry into a packet around the filling and then seal the edges well by pressing with your fingers.
- Brush the surface with Sterilgarda Microfiltered Semi-Skimmed Milk.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 25 minutes.
- Remove the strudel from the oven and wait 10-15 minutes before serving.
