Vegetable strudel with béchamel sauce

Ingredients
1 rectangular puff pastry roll
1 onion
100 g carrots
200 g zucchini
1 egg yolk
100 mL Béchamel Sauce Sterilgarda
15 g grated parmesan cheese
q.b coarse salt
q.b Partly Skimmed Milk UHT Microfiltered Sterilgarda
Preparation
  1. Clean the vegetables: cut the courgettes and carrots into slices, and the onion into small pieces.
  2. Boil the vegetables separately in plenty of salted water, then drain them on a tea towel.
  3. In a bowl, add the boiled vegetables, the Sterilgarda Béchamel, the egg yolk and the Parmesan cheese, mixing well.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
  5. Place the prepared filling in the center, remembering to leave 2cm free on each side.
  6. Close the puff pastry into a packet around the filling and then seal the edges well by pressing with your fingers.
  7. Brush the surface with Sterilgarda Microfiltered Semi-Skimmed Milk.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 25 minutes.
  9. Remove the strudel from the oven and wait 10-15 minutes before serving.
