Ingredients

Preparation
- Wash the strawberries thoroughly, dry them, and cut them into thin slices. Then, place about 200 g of strawberries in a blender with the water and 50 g of sugar. Blend until smooth and pour into a bowl.
- Whip the Sterilgarda Whipping Cream until stiff. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and whip the egg whites until stiff. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar together, then add the Sterilgarda Mascarpone, stirring from the bottom up. Gently fold the cream into the mixture with a spatula, then add the whipped egg whites. Continue mixing until smooth.
- Soak the ladyfingers in the resulting liquid and place them at the base of the tiramisu container. Cover the ladyfingers with a layer of the prepared mixture and then create another layer, covering the sides of the cake well.
- Cover the last layer of tiramisu with strawberries to decorate.
- Place the Tiramisu in the refrigerator for a few hours and enjoy.
