Ingredients
| 300 g | spaghetti |
| 200 mL | Cooking Cream Sterilgarda |
| 100 g | bacon into cubes |
| q.b. | extra virgin olive oil |
| q.b. | salt |
| q.b. | parsley |
| q.b. | of nutmeg |
| 1/2 | onion |
Preparation
- Place the diced bacon in a pan and toast it
- Add a drizzle of oil, ½ onion and salt to the same pan
- Turn off the heat and add the Sterilgarda cooking cream
- Cook the pasta for about 5 minutes
- Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water and drain al dente after about 10-12 minutes.
- Stir in Sterilgarda cooking cream and bacon
- Add nutmeg and serve garnished with a little parsley.
