Salmon on a bed of spinach

Ingredients
300 g salmon
500 g of spinach
150 g strakì Sterilgarda
1 cucchiaio cooking cream Sterilgarda
1/2 lemon
100 g pomodorini rossi
q.b. of salt
q.b. water
Preparation
  1. Fillet the salmon and remove any bones if present.
  2. Marinate the salmon for 30 minutes in a container with the juice of half a lemon.
  3. Cook the spinach in a saucepan of boiling, lightly salted water for about 10 minutes.
  4. Drain the spinach, taking care to remove the excess water.
  5. Chop the red tomatoes into small pieces and set them aside.
  6. Pour the spinach into the food processor, add the Sterilgarda Strakì and the Sterilgarda Cooking Cream and blend.
  7. Add salt to the spinach cream if necessary.
  8. Take a pan and pour the spinach cream, adding the salmon and chopped red tomatoes.
  9. Leave to cook on low heat for about 30 minutes.
  10. Serve.
