Ingredients

3 dl | Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk |
1 confezioni | low-fat white yogurt |
Preparation
- Cut the meat into cubes and coat it in flour
- Melt the butter in a pan
- Clean and chop the onion and then brown it
- Dissolve the saffron in the Sterilgarda whole milk and pour into the pan

- Add the chicken and salt, cook until the sauce thickens.
