Ingredients
| 1 | puff pastry roll |
| 300 g | spinach |
| 250 g | ricotta Sterilgarda |
| 1 | eggs |
| q.b. | salt |
| q.b. | pepper |
| q.b. | nutmeg |
Preparation
- Cook the spinach in a pan with a drizzle of oil, then squeeze it very well.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, spinach, egg, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Arrange the squares in a muffin pan to form baskets.
- Fill with the Sterilgarda ricotta and spinach mixture.
- Bake in a static oven at 180°C for 25–30 minutes, until golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
