Puff pastry baskets with ricotta and spinach

Ingredients
1 puff pastry roll
300 g spinach
250 g ricotta Sterilgarda
1 eggs
q.b. salt
q.b. pepper
q.b. nutmeg
Preparation
  1. Cook the spinach in a pan with a drizzle of oil, then squeeze it very well.
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta, spinach, egg, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  3. Arrange the squares in a muffin pan to form baskets.
  4. Fill with the Sterilgarda ricotta and spinach mixture.
  5. Bake in a static oven at 180°C for 25–30 minutes, until golden.
  6. Allow to cool before serving.
