Ingredients
140 g | 00 flour |
1 teaspoon | yeast |
1 teaspoon | salt for the dough |
to taste | tomato passata Sterilgarda |
to taste | mozzarella |
to taste | salt |
to taste | oil |
to taste | rocket |
to taste | raw ham |
to taste | dried tomatoes |
Preparation
- Take a bowl and combine the flour, salt and yeast, mixing them together.
- Transfer the mixture onto a floured surface and continue to work it until you obtain a smooth, homogeneous dough.
- Roll out the dough until it is 2 mm thick.
- Create a circular shape for the pizzas using a pastry cutter and transfer them to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Season with Tomato passata Sterilgarda, salt and oil and place in the oven for approximately 7 minutes.
- Add the mozzarella and slice the raw ham, using enough to completely cover each pizza.
- Cook for another 7 minutes or so and serve the pizzas hot.
- Add the rocket and dried tomatoes.
