Ingredients
| 400 g | paccheri |
| 2 | red peppers |
| 200 mL | Cooking Cream Sterilgarda |
| q.b. | grated Grana Padano |
| 20 mL | extra virgin olive oil |
| q.b. | salt |
| uno | clove of garlic |
Preparation
- Wash and cut the peppers into strips, removing the seeds and filaments inside.
- Pour the extra virgin olive oil into a pan, add a clove of garlic and let it brown.
- Add the peppers and season with salt.
- Mix everything together, cover with a lid and cook for 20/30 minutes.
- Place a pot with plenty of water on the stove and bring it to the boil.
- When the water boils, add the pasta and let it cook.
- Once the peppers are cooked, place them in a blender, add 2 tablespoons of cooking water, and blend.
- Add the Sterilgarda Cooking Cream and continue blending until the mixture is creamy.
- Drain the pasta and season it with the pepper cream.
- Add the grated Parmesan and serve.
