Ingredients
| 6 | chicken thighs |
| 4 | oranges |
| 150 mL | Sterilgarda Blonde Orange Squeezed juice |
| 125 mL | white wine |
| q.b. | salt |
| 1 | sprig of rosemary |
| 40 mL | extra virgin olive oil |
Preparation
- Cut one of the oranges into slices and use the other 3 to obtain the zest.
- Pour the olive oil into a non-stick pan and brown the chicken on both sides until golden brown.
- Add the wine and simmer until it has completely evaporated.
- Pour the Sterilgarda Blonde Orange Juice into the pan and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, turning the chicken occasionally.
- Add the desired amount of salt, add the orange slices, the grated zest and cook for another two minutes.
- Once the chicken skin is crispy and the orange juice has thickened, remove from the heat.
- Garnish with rosemary and serve.
