Monster Halloween Cupcakes

Ingredients
130 g 00 flour
310 g sugar
2 egg
130 g soft butter
35 g bitter cocoa powder
q.b. Sterilgarda whole milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 pinch vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
250 g Sterilgarda mascarpone
q.b. Sterilgarda whipping cream
1/2 tablespoon bicarbonate
q.b. Food coloring (green, orange, purple, red)
q.b. colored confetti
q.b. licorice wheels
q.b. Chocolate chips
Preparation
  1. Remove the eggs from the refrigerator 30 minutes beforehand and melt the butter.
  2. Combine the sifted flour and cocoa, baking soda, pinch of salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar with an electric whisk.
  4. Add the first egg and continue mixing well.
  5. Add the other egg, mix thoroughly and add the resulting mixture to the previous one.
  6. Mix well using a wooden spoon.
  7. Place paper liners inside a muffin pan.
  8. Fill each muffin cup 3/4 full with batter and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15–20 minutes.
  9. Let cool and brush the surface of each cupcake with whole milk Sterilgarda.
  10. Prepare the cream by placing the Sterilgarda mascarpone, sugar, and a little Sterilgarda whipping cream in a bowl to obtain a firm consistency.
  11. Transfer the filling into a piping bag.
  12. For the first decoration, decorate the top of each cupcake, creating a flat, even top.
  13. Crumble a muffin and cover the surface with the crumbs.
  14. Dust with unsweetened cocoa powder, place two colored sugared almonds on top to create the spiders'eyes , and add pieces of licorice candy to form the legs.
  15. For the second decoration, create a pointed top with a piping bag and decorate with chocolate chips to form the ghosts' eyes.
  16. If desired, add a few drops of food coloring and drizzle it over the mascarpone cream.
  17. Serve Halloween Monster Cupcakes.
