250 g mascarpone cheese Sterilgarda
400 g fresh ricotta cheese Sterilgarda
250 g flour 00
100 g icing sugar
peel orange
2 yolks
125 g butter
100 g dark chocolate (chip)
j.e. cinnamon
100 g sugar
10 g potato starch
2 yolks
peel orange
Preparation
  1. Mix all the ingredients
  2. Form a dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and leave to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes
  3. Blend the ricotta with the other ingredients
  4. Add the mascarpone
  5. Add the chocolate chips and mix
  6. Make mini shortcrust pastry tarts
  7. Pour the cream into the tarts
  8. Bake in a static oven at 180 degrees for 60 min
