| 200 mL | Sterilgarda Mandarin Juice |
| 150 mL | lemon and mint drink |
| 150 g | granulated sugar |
| 200 mL | whipping cream Sterilgarda |
| 100 mL | Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk |
| 10 g | corn starch |

Preparation
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar and corn starch and mix, then add the Sterilgarda mandarin juice, the Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk and the Sterilgarda whipping cream.
- Cook on low heat and stir until it starts to boil - make sure the mixture stays warm.
- Once the sugar has completely dissolved, place the mixture in a container and put in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
- Add 150ml of Sterilgarda Lemon & Mint to the cold mixture, stirring.
- Place in the freezer and mix every thirty minutes until 2 and a half hours have passed.
