Lemon and Mint Sorbet

Ingredients
170 g sugar
30 g egg whites
250 g water
q.b. mint leaves
150 mL Lemon & Mint Sterilgarda
Preparation
  1. Pour the egg white into a bowl and mix with a whisk.
  2. Once the egg white is semi-whipped, add 30g of sugar little by little, keeping the whisk running.
  3. Set aside the resulting mixture.
  4. Take a container and pour in the Sterilgarda Lemon & Mint and the water.
  5. Take a hand whisk and add the remaining 140g of sugar.
  6. Add the egg whites a little at a time.
  7. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and turn it on.
  8. Leave the mixture in the ice cream maker for about 40 minutes, until it has reached its typical creamy consistency.
  9. Transfer the mixture into glasses and garnish with a few mint leaves.
  10. Serve.
