Ingredients
| 170 g | sugar |
| 30 g | egg whites |
| 250 g | water |
| q.b. | mint leaves |
| 150 mL | Lemon & Mint Sterilgarda |
Preparation
- Pour the egg white into a bowl and mix with a whisk.
- Once the egg white is semi-whipped, add 30g of sugar little by little, keeping the whisk running.
- Set aside the resulting mixture.
- Take a container and pour in the Sterilgarda Lemon & Mint and the water.
- Take a hand whisk and add the remaining 140g of sugar.
- Add the egg whites a little at a time.
- Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and turn it on.
- Leave the mixture in the ice cream maker for about 40 minutes, until it has reached its typical creamy consistency.
- Transfer the mixture into glasses and garnish with a few mint leaves.
- Serve.
