Lamb meatballs with yogurt and mint sauce

Ingredients
1 Kg minced lamb
350 g stale bread
q.b. cloves
q.b. nutmeg
1 lemon
q.b. salt and pepper
q.b. oil
q.b. flour
500 g Low-fat White Yogurt Sterilgarda
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
q.b. fresh mint
Preparation
  1. Take a bowl and mix the ground beef well with the lemon juice and finely chopped zest. Add the stale bread, after soaking it in water for a few minutes and then squeezing it, along with a few cloves, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  2. Make round meatballs and coat them in flour.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and cook the meat over medium heat, stirring a couple of times.
  4. When the meatballs are golden brown, place them on absorbent paper to remove the excess oil.
  5. Mix the Sterilgarda Low-Fat Plain Yogurt with the lemon juice, a little salt, and the chopped mint.
  6. Serve.
