Ingredients
| 1 Kg | minced lamb |
| 350 g | stale bread |
| q.b. | cloves |
| q.b. | nutmeg |

| 500 g | Low-fat White Yogurt Sterilgarda |
| 4 | tablespoons of lemon juice |

Preparation
- Take a bowl and mix the ground beef well with the lemon juice and finely chopped zest. Add the stale bread, after soaking it in water for a few minutes and then squeezing it, along with a few cloves, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Make round meatballs and coat them in flour.
- Heat the oil in a pan and cook the meat over medium heat, stirring a couple of times.
- When the meatballs are golden brown, place them on absorbent paper to remove the excess oil.
- Mix the Sterilgarda Low-Fat Plain Yogurt with the lemon juice, a little salt, and the chopped mint.
- Serve.
