Ingredients
250 g | Sterilgarda ricotta |
200 g | figs |
1 noci | butter |
1 cucchiai | honey |
3 cucchiai | powdered sugar |
100 g | dry biscuits |
Preparation
- In a pan, cook the figs cut into pieces with the butter and honey for 3 minutes
- Work the ricotta with the icing sugar until you obtain a cream
- Add the caramelized figs and stir to combine them with the mixture
