Dolce Meringato alla Cassata

200 g icing sugar
200 g nougat dry
500 g caster sugar
j.e. vanilla
j.e. candied orange
candied mixed fruit in large pieces
pistachios green from bronte
1 Kg fresh ricotta cheese Sterilgarda
400 mL whipping cream Sterilgarda
100 g mascarpone cheese Sterilgarda
  1. Dissolve the sugar with the water
  2. Cut the candied fruit into pieces
  3. Whip the cream and add the ricotta and sugar
  4. Add the mascarpone and the rest of the ingredients
  5. Pour the mixture into the molds and freeze overnight
