CROSTONI WITH FIGS AND RICOTTA CREAM

Ingredients
4 slices of homemade bread
un pinch of salt
200 g ricotta Sterilgarda
8 ripe figs
q.b. salt and pepper
q.b. honey
Preparation
  1. Cut the bread into 4 slices and grill them on both sides so that they are crispy.
  2. Take a bowl and mix the Ricotta Sterilgarda together, adding salt and pepper.
  3. Wash the figs and dry them thoroughly with paper towels.
  4. Cut the figs into slices, removing the two ends.
  5. Arrange the Sterilgarda Ricotta cream and figs on top of the croutons.
  6. Garnish with desired amount of honey.
