Ingredients
| 320 g | 00 flour |
| 120 g | sugar |
| 125 g | mascarpone cheese Sterilgarda |
| 100 g | dark chocolate chips |
| 4 | eggs |
| 1 | sachet of baking powder |
Preparation
- Beat the eggs and sugar together using a whisk until the mixture becomes frothy.
- Add the Sterilgarda mascarpone and mix well, then start pouring in the flour, in which the yeast has previously been dissolved.
- Add the chocolate chips (keep some for decoration) and mix gently, then pour the mixture into the muffin cups (you will get about 14 muffins).
- Decorate with a few drops of chocolate and bake at 180°, in a preheated oven for about 15/18 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.
