Ingredients
| 500 g | strakì Sterilgarda |
| 300 g | chicken breast |
| 4 | piadinas |
| 2 | avocado |
| q.b. | salt |
| q.b. | pepper |
| q.b. | extra virgin olive oil |
Preparation
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, peel them and cut them into thin slices. Cut the chicken breast into slices or bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken breast on a very hot grill until cooked through.
- Cook the piadinas in a non-stick pan for about 2 minutes per side, until soft and hot.
- Stuff the piadinas with the chicken cut into pieces, the avocado and the Strakì Sterilgarda. Roll up and pass the piadinas on the grill for 1 minute.
- Serve the piadinas piping hot.
