| 150 mL | Cooking cream |

Preparation
- Line the muffin tins with two slices of bacon each, creating a basket.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the Sterilgarda cooking cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Add the chopped basil.
- Pour the mixture into the bacon shells, filling them ¾ full.
- Bake in a static oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes, until the frittatine are puffed up and golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool and serve warm.
