| 500 g | mascarpone cheese Sterilgarda |

Preparation
- Cut the strawberries into slices
- Spread mascarpone on one side of sandwich bread
- Arrange the strawberries and cover the sandwich bread with the remaining slices
- Beat the eggs with the milk
- Dip the sandwich bread in the egg and milk mixture
- Brown 2-3 minutes on each side
