Creamy Lemon Chicken Fillet

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
400 mL Sterilgarda Highly Digestible Lactose-Free Milk
200 mL Sterilgarda lactose-free cooking cream
Juice of 1 lemon
j.e. flour
extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper
fresh parsley
Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken into slices and flour it lightly.
  2. In a pan, heat oil and brown the chicken until golden.
  3. Add the lemon juice and let it reduce.
  4. Pour in the Sterilgarda lactose-free milk and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  5. Add the Sterilgarda lactose-free cooking cream and mix until smooth.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then garnish with fresh parsley.
