Ingredients
| 300 g | salmon |
| 500 g | of spinach |
| 150 g | strakì Sterilgarda |
| 1 cucchiaio | cooking cream Sterilgarda |
| 1/2 | lemon |
| 100 g | pomodorini rossi |
| q.b. | of salt |
| q.b. | water |
Preparation
- Fillet the salmon and remove any bones if present.
- Marinate the salmon for 30 minutes in a container with the juice of half a lemon.
- Cook the spinach in a saucepan of boiling, lightly salted water for about 10 minutes.
- Drain the spinach, taking care to remove the excess water.
- Chop the red tomatoes into small pieces and set them aside.
- Pour the spinach into the food processor, add the Sterilgarda Strakì and the Sterilgarda Cooking Cream and blend.
- Add salt to the spinach cream if necessary.
- Take a pan and pour the spinach cream, adding the salmon and chopped red tomatoes.
- Leave to cook on low heat for about 30 minutes.
- Serve.
