Ingredients
| 300 g | milk chocolate (or dark) |
| 200 g | dry biscuits |
| 250 g | mascarpone Sterilgarda |
| q.b. | powdered sugar |
Preparation
- Place a saucepan half-filled with water on the stove, place a bowl with the roughly chopped chocolate on top and melt in a bain-marie.
- Crush the biscuits.
- Then pass the biscuits through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the crumbs and leave only the biscuit pieces.
- Let the chocolate cool and pour it into a bowl.
- Cream the Sterilgarda Mascarpone with a spatula (you can add a couple of tablespoons of icing sugar if you prefer a sweeter salami).
- Pour the warm chocolate into the Sterilgarda Mascarpone and stir with a spatula. Add the biscuits and stir.
- Pour the mixture onto parchment paper, close it, and roll it up into a salami shape. Seal the edges and refrigerate for about a couple of hours.
- Remove the sweet salami from the baking paper and coat it in powdered sugar, then cut it into slices and serve.
