ORANGE CHICKEN

Ingredients
6 chicken thighs
4 oranges
150 mL Sterilgarda Blonde Orange Squeezed juice
125 mL white wine
q.b. salt
1 sprig of rosemary
40 mL extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
  1. Cut one of the oranges into slices and use the other 3 to obtain the zest.
  2. Pour the olive oil into a non-stick pan and brown the chicken on both sides until golden brown.
  3. Add the wine and simmer until it has completely evaporated.
  4. Pour the Sterilgarda Blonde Orange Juice into the pan and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, turning the chicken occasionally.
  5. Add the desired amount of salt, add the orange slices, the grated zest and cook for another two minutes.
  6. Once the chicken skin is crispy and the orange juice has thickened, remove from the heat.
  7. Garnish with rosemary and serve.
