Ingredients
| 200 g | flours |
| 150 g | sucre |
| 1 | sachet de levure chimique |
| 3 | œuf |
| 200 mL | 100% Tropical Fruit juice |
| q.b. | sugar and powder |
| 1 pizzico | de sel |
Preparation
- Beat the œufs and the juices in a bowl just to obtain a smooth consistency.
- Mix the flour and the mixture from the bottom to the top.
- Gradually add 100% Sterilgarda tropical juice and continue mixing, adding a pinch of salt.
- Pour the mixture into a beurre gâteau moule.
- Cook the four pieces for 50 minutes on a four-préchauffé at 180°.
- Remove the four at the end of the pan, leave it to cool for a few minutes and sauté the surface of the ice.
- Servir et déguster.
