Ingredients
200 g flours
150 g sucre
1 sachet de levure chimique
3 œuf
200 mL 100% Tropical Fruit juice
q.b. sugar and powder
1 pizzico de sel
Preparation
  1. Beat the œufs and the juices in a bowl just to obtain a smooth consistency.
  2. Mix the flour and the mixture from the bottom to the top.
  3. Gradually add 100% Sterilgarda tropical juice and continue mixing, adding a pinch of salt.
  4. Pour the mixture into a beurre gâteau moule.
  5. Cook the four pieces for 50 minutes on a four-préchauffé at 180°.
  6. Remove the four at the end of the pan, leave it to cool for a few minutes and sauté the surface of the ice.
  7. Servir et déguster.
