Paccheri with pepper cream and cream

Ingredients
400 g paccheri
2 red peppers
200 mL Cooking Cream Sterilgarda
q.b. grated Grana Padano
20 mL extra virgin olive oil
q.b. salt
uno clove of garlic
Preparation
  1. Wash and cut the peppers into strips, removing the seeds and filaments inside.
  2. Pour the extra virgin olive oil into a pan, add a clove of garlic and let it brown.
  3. Add the peppers and season with salt.
  4. Mix everything together, cover with a lid and cook for 20/30 minutes.
  5. Place a pot with plenty of water on the stove and bring it to the boil.
  6. When the water boils, add the pasta and let it cook.
  7. Once the peppers are cooked, place them in a blender, add 2 tablespoons of cooking water, and blend.
  8. Add the Sterilgarda Cooking Cream and continue blending until the mixture is creamy.
  9. Drain the pasta and season it with the pepper cream.
  10. Add the grated Parmesan and serve.
