Spaghetti with bacon and Sterilgarda cooking cream

Ingredients
300 g spaghetti
200 mL Cooking Cream Sterilgarda
100 g bacon into cubes
q.b. extra virgin olive oil
q.b. salt
q.b. parsley
q.b. of nutmeg
1/2 onion
Preparation
  1. Place the diced bacon in a pan and toast it
  2. Add a drizzle of oil, ½ onion and salt to the same pan
  3. Turn off the heat and add the Sterilgarda cooking cream
  4. Cook the pasta for about 5 minutes
  5. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water and drain al dente after about 10-12 minutes.
  6. Stir in Sterilgarda cooking cream and bacon
  7. Add nutmeg and serve garnished with a little parsley.
