Chicken breast with cream and sweet mustard

Ingredients
600 g sliced ​​chicken breast
200 mL Sterilgarda Cooking Cream
2 tablespoon mustard (mild or classic, to taste)
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 knob of butter
to taste salt
to taste black pepper
Preparation
  1. Heat the extra virgin olive oil and butter in a large frying pan.
  2. Add the chicken breast slices and brown them over medium heat for a few minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  3. Lightly season the chicken with salt and pepper during cooking.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the Sterilgarda cooking cream with the mustard until you obtain a smooth sauce.
  5. Pour the sauce into the pan with the chicken, lower the heat and cook for about 10 minutes, turning the meat gently.
  6. The sauce should thicken slightly and coat the chicken evenly.
  7. Turn off the heat and serve the chicken piping hot, accompanied by its cooking juices.
