Bacon frittaines

Ingredients
6 egg
3 tablespoon parmesan
150 mL Cooking cream
1 basil sprig
24 bacon slices
q.b. salt
q.b. pepper
Preparation
  1. Line the muffin tins with two slices of bacon each, creating a basket.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the Sterilgarda cooking cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Add the chopped basil.
  3. Pour the mixture into the bacon shells, filling them ¾ full.
  4. Bake in a static oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes, until the frittatine are puffed up and golden.
  5. Remove from the oven, let cool and serve warm.
