Preparation
- Remove the eggs from the refrigerator 30 minutes beforehand and melt the butter.
- Combine the sifted flour and cocoa, baking soda, pinch of salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar with an electric whisk.
- Add the first egg and continue mixing well.
- Add the other egg, mix thoroughly and add the resulting mixture to the previous one.
- Mix well using a wooden spoon.
- Place paper liners inside a muffin pan.
- Fill each muffin cup 3/4 full with batter and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15–20 minutes.
- Let cool and brush the surface of each cupcake with whole milk Sterilgarda.
- Prepare the cream by placing the Sterilgarda mascarpone, sugar, and a little Sterilgarda whipping cream in a bowl to obtain a firm consistency.
- Transfer the filling into a piping bag.
- For the first decoration, decorate the top of each cupcake, creating a flat, even top.
- Crumble a muffin and cover the surface with the crumbs.
- Dust with unsweetened cocoa powder, place two colored sugared almonds on top to create the spiders'eyes , and add pieces of licorice candy to form the legs.
- For the second decoration, create a pointed top with a piping bag and decorate with chocolate chips to form the ghosts' eyes.
- If desired, add a few drops of food coloring and drizzle it over the mascarpone cream.
