Raspberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients
150 g Sterilgarda whole milk
20 g chia seeds
20 g maple syrup (or agave or honey)
120 g Sterilgarda whole plain yogurt
to taste raspberries
to taste granola
to taste raspberry jam
Preparation
  1. Pour the chia seeds into a bowl, then add the Sterilgarda Whole Milk and the maple syrup.
  2. Mix carefully until you obtain a uniform mixture without lumps.
  3. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for at least 6–8 hours, until the seeds have set.
  4. Distribute the pudding into glasses or small bowls, pouring in the firm mixture.
  5. Garnish with a layer of raspberry jam, Sterilgrada Whole Milk Yogurt, fresh raspberries, and granola before serving.
