Ingredients
150 g | Sterilgarda whole milk |
20 g | chia seeds |
20 g | maple syrup (or agave or honey) |
120 g | Sterilgarda whole plain yogurt |
to taste | raspberries |
to taste | granola |
to taste | raspberry jam |
Preparation
- Pour the chia seeds into a bowl, then add the Sterilgarda Whole Milk and the maple syrup.
- Mix carefully until you obtain a uniform mixture without lumps.
- Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for at least 6–8 hours, until the seeds have set.
- Distribute the pudding into glasses or small bowls, pouring in the firm mixture.
- Garnish with a layer of raspberry jam, Sterilgrada Whole Milk Yogurt, fresh raspberries, and granola before serving.
