Chicken Wrap with Strakì

Ingredients
500 g strakì Sterilgarda
300 g chicken breast
4 piadinas
2 avocado
q.b. salt
q.b. pepper
q.b. extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, peel them and cut them into thin slices. Cut the chicken breast into slices or bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill the chicken breast on a very hot grill until cooked through.
  3. Cook the piadinas in a non-stick pan for about 2 minutes per side, until soft and hot.
  4. Stuff the piadinas with the chicken cut into pieces, the avocado and the Strakì Sterilgarda. Roll up and pass the piadinas on the grill for 1 minute.
  5. Serve the piadinas piping hot.
