Ingredients
| 8 | tall slices of Apulian or Tuscan bread |
| to taste | nuts |
| 300 g | feta |
| 4 tablespoon | honey |
| 1 | knob of butter |
| 2 | honey |
| 1 tablespoon | rice flour |
| 3/4 | of 100% Sterilgarda orange juice glass |
Preparation
- Melt a knob of butter in a pan.
- Dissolve two generous teaspoons of honey inside
- Once melted add 3/4 glass of 100% Sterilgarda orange juice
- Leave on the flame and reduce everything by adding the flour in a fountain shape without making lumps
- Let the sauce cool
- Toast the bread in the oven until cooked to your liking.
- Spread a layer of the orange honey mixture obtained on the bread, the feta and the apple previously cut into thin slices
- Garnish with whole hazelnuts and drizzle with a little orange honey
