Ingredients
| 320 g | Penne rigate |
| 200 g | ham |
| 250 g | Peas |
| 60 g | golden onions |
| 250 g | cooking cream Sterilgarda |
| 30 g | extra virgin olive oil |
| to taste | table salt |
Preparation
- Place a pan full of lightly salted water on the heat, which will be used to cook the pasta.
- Take the cooked ham and cut it first into slices and then into cubes of about 1 cm.
- Finely chop the onion and pour it into a pan with a drop of oil.
- Let the onion fry for a few minutes over medium heat.
- Add the peas and a ladle of the pasta cooking water.
- Leave to cook for about 15 minutes on a high heat.
- Pour in the cooked ham and sauté everything together for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the Sterilgarda cooking cream
- Mix and cook over low heat for a couple of minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta and drain it al dente, pouring it directly into the sauce.
- Mix everything together to blend the flavors and serve the delicious penne with cream and ham while still hot.
