Ingredients
| 500 mL | Sterilgarda microfiltered lactose-free whole milk |
| 100 g | granulated sugar |
| 50 g | potato starch |
| 2 | eggs |
| 20 mL | lemon juice |
| 1 | lemon zest |
Preparation
- Break the eggs into a saucepan and add the sugar.
- Pour the lemon juice into the bowl.
- Add the potato starch and mix with a whisk until the mixture is smooth and lump-free.
- Heat the Sterilgarda Microfiltered Highly Digestible Lactose-Free Milk in a saucepan with the lemon zest.
- Pour the hot milk into the mixture, continuing to mix with the whisk until no lumps form.
- Turn the stove on to low heat and cook the pudding, stirring until the consistency is thick.
- Pour the mixture into 4 bowls and level it.
- Once cooled, leave to rest in the refrigerator for two hours before serving.
