| 205 g | mascarpone cheese Sterilgarda |
| 610 g | whole milk microfiltered Sterilgarda |
| 150 g | sugar |
| 20 g | glucose |
| 5 g | thickener |
| 1 baccelli | vanilla |
Preparation
- Pour the sugar and thickener into the blender
- Dissolve the glucose in the warm milk and add the vanilla. Pour into the blender together with the mascarpone
- Blend for 3 minutes and place in the fridge for 4 hours
- Pour into the ice cream maker and let it work for 30 minutes
- The mascarpone ice cream is ready!
