300 g | vialone nano rice |

70 g | butter |
1 L | vegetable broth |
j.e. | white wine |
Preparation
- Slice the leek and courgettes
- In a non-stick pan fry the leek
- Add the courgettes
- Add the rice and blend with the wine
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix
- Stir in the butter
- Add the Parmesan
