  1. Divide the yolks from the whites

  4. Add the mascarpone to the egg yolk mixture
  5. Place the cream on the bottom of the cup
  6. Pass the ladyfingers in the coffee and place them in the cup
  7. Cover with the cream
  8. Sprinkle with cocoa
  9. Repeat the process 3 times
  10. Leave in the fridge for 3 hours
