strakì Sterilgarda
extra virgin olive oil
nuts pine
  1. Put the basil leaves, the rock salt, the oil, the pine nuts and the Strakì in the blender until get a nice consistent pesto sauce.
  2. Cook the trofie in salted water and add the pesto just made.
  3. Season them with the pesto obtained
